P.3 Cross-curricular Activity ‘Smart Shopping’ (Life-wide Learning Project) – A Visit to Yat Tung Shopping Centre

To match the P.3 curriculum and arouse students’ learning interest, the school organized a cross-curricular activity – ‘Smart Shopping’ and P.3 students visited Yat Tung Shopping Centre from 4th December to 7th December.
Students bought presents for the lucky draw in the coming Christmas party. They needed to plan what they wanted to buy before. On the shopping day, students walked around Yat Tung Shopping Centre and went to Wellcome Supermarket to buy presents. Students were excited to choose goods and calculate the total cost of the goods in the supermarket. Everyone had a great shopping and learning experience in this activity.
為配合三年級教學內容及提升學生的學習興趣，本校舉辦了「購物樂」跨學科學習日，並安排三年級學生於12月4日至7日到逸東商場進行全方位學習活動日。
同學需購買禮物，以用作聖誕聯歡會抽獎之用，同學事前要計劃購買哪些禮物。購物當天，同學在老師帶領下先遊逸東商埸一周，然後到惠康超級市場購買禮物。同學能夠自行選購貨品和計算貨品的總值，都感到十分興奮，大家在這次活動中獲得了寶貴的購物和學習經驗。
